Laundry services involve normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, or damage caused by the age or condition of fabrics. -
Release of Liability:
Hopkins Laundry Pickup & Delivery is not liable for damage resulting from:-
Unlabeled or improperly labeled garments

Items with pre-existing damage

Delicate or dry-clean-only fabrics placed in wash

Items left in pockets (e.g. pens, lighters, makeup)

Lost or Missing Items:
We are not responsible for lost socks, undergarments, or small items that can be separated during the wash/fold process. Please check that your laundry is complete before pickup. -
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for standard washing and drying. If any items require special care, please notify us in advance. -
Use of Service Equals Agreement:
